Set out below are the current rental rates for each villa for 7 nights up to October 2025. Please note that all rates quoted are in GBP (£) Sterling.

A cleared 25% deposit of the total rental price will secure your booking. Subject to a booking confirmation you will be required to pay the balance no later than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to your arrival date. We accept major credit/debit cards and direct BACS bank transfer payments.

Saturday changeovers are preferred particularly during mid and high seasons and half-term weeks. In the off-peak season we may be flexible.

We request that outgoing guests depart by 10.30am and the incoming party arrive no earlier than 2.30pm.

Minimum stay: Spring/Late Summer seasons (from 13/9/25) and Winter Sun season - 4 nights, 75% of weekly rate.

Early/High Summer and half-term weeks - 7 nights, full rate.

* Winter half-term from Sat. 11th October 2024 to Sat. 31st October 2024 are charged at Late Summer season tariffs.

**Please note that during High Summer Season (July/August) we are only able to accept bookings of 7 or 14 nights

Christmas and New Year are charged at High Summer season tariffs, 7 nights minimum.

Note: 4 and 5 bedroom options are not available during High Summer season.
